The Indiana National Guard provides distributed learning classrooms across the state of Indiana for use by members of the armed forces and Department of Defense (DOD) civilians. These classrooms can be used for individual and collective training, professional development and command and control meetings. Improving training and communications through these services enables us to improve the readiness of our units and Guard members.
There are a total of 11 distributed learning (DL) classrooms throughout the state. There are seven fixed DL classrooms and four mobile DL Classrooms (MDLCs). The fixed DL classrooms are located in South Bend, Fort Wayne, Lafayette, Indianapolis, Bloomington, Camp Atterbury and Evansville. The MDLCs are located in Gary, Muncie, Lawrence and Johnson County. The MDLCs are capable of being moved to various locations throughout the state to provide onsite training to the soldier when requested and scheduled.
