The Indiana National Guard Community Relations program works hard to support events across the state that help bring Hoosiers closer to the military personnel who serve in their communities. We welcome the opportunity make these connections, and are pleased to offer resources for the public to request a military band, funeral honors, marching units, static displays or speakers. All of the events we participate in must be nonpartisan, open and accessible to the public, and may not raise funds for any purpose. Our support is based upon the availability of our resources and mission requirements.
A request for the 38th Infantry Division Band needs to be submitted at least 90 days prior to the event on a completed Request for Armed Forces Participation in Public Events, DD Form 2536.
Email the completed form to the 38th ID Band Full-Time Unit Support Staff at email@example.com.
