MISSION
The Employment Coordination Program (ECP) increases career opportunities for Hoosier Guardsmen/ Veterans/ Reservists/ Dependents by developing proactive, positive relationships with Hoosier employers and connecting our Citizen-Soldiers and their dependents with these employers through all available channels to achieve pre-recession employment ratios.

We will make sure that you have the best resume possible in order to offer that best first impression. Because of our relationship with the employers we know what that human resources or hiring manager wants to see.Job interview assistance - we’ll conduct mock interviews with you and give you pointers for you to give a great impression of yourself.Partner with other resources - we have a close working relationship with many other agencies that are after the same goal: Helping you!
