MISSION:  The 5-19th Agribusiness Development Team (ADT) assists in strengthening the connection of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA) to the people of Khost and East Paktika provinces, by sustaining agricultural development, developing new agribusiness projects while fostering sustainable and legal economic growth.

INTENT:   5-19th Agribusiness Development Team will continue to develop population centric agricultural projects based on the analysis and needs of Khost and East Paktika Provinces. All efforts and activities will support GIRoA, ensuring a positive connection of the people to their Government. The 5-19th ADT will structure, educate, and train local, provincial, and national shareholders on new agribusiness methods; resulting in a more viable economic way of life and developing conditions for a seamless transition to the 6-19th ADT.
