Remote email access for RCAS users | It is possible to access your email from a remote location through the link: https://mail.in.ng.mil/exchange However, certain conditions apply: - You must have a current RCAS account.
- You must have Outlook email on your computer
- you must have a CAC-enabled computer.
If the computer you are using for remote email access is not an RCAS computer, you must make it compatible with your CAC. For assistance with this process: - Go to the AKO (Army Knowledge Online) Web site at www.us.army.mil and logon to your account.
- Near the top left on the menu bar find "Quick Links."
- On that drop-down menu, find "CAC," then click to find its subpage "CAC Resource Center," and click on it.
- The Resource Center page contains a text box toward the left side with the title "CAC Installation Quick Start." In that text box are links to information on purchasing a CAC reader, finding and downloading the required software, and DoD Certificates, etc.
