State Command Chief Warrant Officer CW5 Frank T. Vaughn CW5 Frank T. Vaughn has served over 38 years in the military. He served in the US Army from 29 September 1969 to18 February 1972, with service in Vietnam and Germany. CW5 Vaughn joined the Indiana National Guard in February of 1976. He was selected to become a Warrant Officer in March of 1985. CW5 Vaughn was appointed as the Command Chief Warrant Officer on 1 May 2004. Previous to that date CW5 Vaughn served as the Combat Service Support Automation Management Officer and as Warehouse Officer for the United States Property and Fiscal Office.
